Environmental Responsibility
    By its nature, paper production does not have high risk on the activities in the processes due to low level of direct interactions between the people and the running machine, which are mostly control by computerized system. The production process can have limited impacts on the environment through wastewater discharged and solid waste. No hazardous wastes or toxic are generated in the processes. Nevertheless, TPC has committed to the responsibilities of its people, society, and the community by promoting and implementing safety and environmental management systems which are very successfully and proved by Thai Paper becoming the first Printing & Writing paper manufacturer in Thailand to be accredited the Environmental Management System - ISO 14001, world-class accepted standards for Environmental Management System of the organization including design, production and marketing as well as delivery and services while continually preserving and protecting the environment.
